Careers at Volkswagen Newnan

Build your career where Newnan buys its cars

Volkswagen Newnan is part of the Mills Automotive Group, one of the fastest-growing dealer groups in the country. We're hiring people who want to grow with us — in sales, service, parts, and everything behind the scenes.

Part of the Mills Automotive Group

Mills Automotive Group started about 21 years ago with a single Ford store in Smithfield, North Carolina. Today it's one of the fastest-growing automotive groups in the country — and it got there by hiring good people, embracing new technology, and refusing to run stores the old way.

Volkswagen Newnan is one of the group's newest chapters: a state-of-the-art facility in the Newnan/Peachtree City area, one of the fastest-growing corners of the Atlanta metro. Our sister Subaru store sits right next door, which means more customers, more opportunity, and more room to advance without changing employers.

If you're looking for a company that promotes from within and invests in the tools its people use every day, this is it.

What working here actually looks like

The Newnan/Peachtree City market is growing fast, and so are we. That means real volume on the ground, plus customers coming from across the Atlanta metro. Busy stores are where careers move — and this one stays busy.

We run an AI-first operation: customers can transact fully online, 24/7, and our team gets modern tools instead of stacks of paper. You'll spend your time helping people, not fighting outdated systems.
